We ship FREE worldwide from our warehouse facilities located in The United Kingdom and Hong Kong. Internationally via EMS, FedEx, and the U.S. Postal Service. International shipping timeframes can be harder to estimate accurately (compared to domestic shipping), because of the many factors involved. International can take anywhere from ten days to three weeks to arrive at the destination country, and customs can take 3-10 days after that. All in all, it's usually best to place an international order as early in advance of the time you need it!

Any order shipping to a country outside the European Union may be subject to customs, duties, or import fees. Whether your order will require any fees, and the total amount charged for customs/VAT fees is determined by the policies of the destination country's customs office and postal service. These fees are calculated and applied to your order at the time they arrive and during their processing through customs. (Customs/VAT fees must be paid by the recipient, and cannot be paid for in advance).
Our products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship with a 15-year Warranty. If you’re unsatisfied with the products you purchased from IROION™ you can return your item(s) as follows:
  • Items purchased online can be returned online or at return outlets within 60 days of purchase.
  • You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.
  • Items must be unused and returned with original packing.
  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees and charges.
  If you are located outside the EU, you are responsible for returning the product to IROION™, as well as any associated costs. We cannot exchange one product for another at this time – thank you for your understanding. Please return your item(s) and place a new order at IROION™ online shop.
To give the whole world access to better travel standards, we took the direct-to-consumer approach. We only sell via online this enables us to be able to bypass any middle men and extra retail mark-up cost and offer our product at a lower price point worldwide.

After your order

The TSA screens every passenger's baggage before it is placed on the plane. ... When this occurs, if the luggage is fitted with any lock other than those approved by the TSA, they will destroy whatever lock is fitted to gain access. Luggage locks approved by the TSA have a universal master key that will open the locks. Your locks are currently set to the pre-set combination code 0-0-0. To personalize your code: 1. Set the dials to 0-0-0 or the last pre-set code 2. Move the switch located on the back side of the lock from A to B 3. Set your 3 digit code 4. Move the switch from B back to A
For requesting a new password, please go to www.iroion,com and select "Forgot password?" You will receive an automated email to the address you have used for creating your account, including a link that will allow you to create your new personal password.
We cannot modify the contents of any customer’s order after it has been placed. This includes but is not limited to product, sizes, colors, or other variants. If you wish to change the size or add additional items to your order, we advise that you contact us to cancel your order and place a new order with the correct size, colors, variants, etc. Please keep in mind that if the product you ordered is a limited edition, we cannot guarantee that you will still be able to purchase it if you request a cancellation to do so.
Pre-order and/or limited edition items usually have delayed shipping times. These items are expected to ship by the date or within the timeframe listed in the product’s description unless otherwise specified.
We have repair facilities located in The United Kindom, Germany, and Hong Kong. In the case of guarantee repair, we kindly request that you submit the completed guarantee card or a copy of the proof of purchase. Please email us at support@iroion.com for instructions.
Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update on behalf of the postal carrier. If your tracking information has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us and we will investigate.
If your order has not been shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Contact us right away with your order number and reason for canceling. If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel or refund until the item(s) are returned to our facilities. If your request for cancellation is not processed before your order ships, we cannot be liable for the cost of return shipping. Cancellations and refunds are irreversible once they have been executed. Refunds are only returned to the original account with which the order was placed. We cannot issue refunds to alternative accounts or payment methods Issues with the return of funds after a refund have been processed should be discussed and handled with the bank or credit company where the funds and account originally existed.
